1. They cannot differentiate between marketing and promotion. They thought marketing means you need to promote excessively, need to send excessive emails and messages.

2. They didn't build any sales channels before marketing. They don't have any websites, landing pages, catalogs, or any brand, and marketing content.

That's why whenever they invite customers they could convert to sales because they could not find any right sales channels to trust. That's how they are failures in marketing.

I have seen a lot of people get failure in the startup because if someone launches a new product. he immediately shares it on social media plateforms.

This is absolutely wrong and the right way is you need to communicate with people about your product or service by calling them. Because a call to action is a great way to gain trust.

You need to take advantage of the trust of your friends and families. Because they already trust you. If you do this you will get 3 benefits from them.

That's how your business will expand and imagine if thousands of people promote your business then it is how easy for you to get traffic.

As I told you before marketing only gets you to trust and trust gets you sales. You got a friend's trust and your friend got the trust of his friends and so on. That's how the whole cycle moves.






3. Local Listing


In the marketing strategies list, the third step is local marketing/ local listing. Whenever we talk about marketing. There are so many peoples who are only talking about social media marketing and they didn't talk about local listings.

At the initial level, it is very much helpful for beginners to grow and promote their business. Local Listings means you have to list your business in some online directories. Making accounts on social media is also a part of local listings.

You have to create accounts like ( Justdial, google my business, quora, ), etc. Register your business into these types of online directories.

This is important because if someone screeches about your business or products then he/she will see your business or products listed on those trustable directories.

There is also important thing about local marketing is Newspaper Marketing. I know there are a lot of people going to say this is an old method and it doesn't work these days.
